What is the best controller to use with the G2 to get visual feedback in real-time?

Sequencer Steps etc like you get with the keyboard version.

Looking for suggestions.

I have one hooked up to Ableton Live. I have a Push 2 which can work well with the G2, but I also have Launchpad Mini that I use almost exclusively to trigger and monitor G2 sequences. With a bit of programming on the G2 you can do very monome -esq stuff.

Hey, maybe not sequencers but I'd be very interested to see the current state of the parameters somehow, that's why I've been going through the sysex route - do you have any other alternative to make the parameters appear in somewhere else?

sysex is ugly..
