I've been breadboarding my way through the Bass++ schematic I found over on Birth of a Synth (https://www.birthofasynth.com/Thomas_Henry/Pages/Bass_Plus.html), and so far, so good, I think. I'm running off of +/- 12V, and from what I've seen, not much is needed in the way of modifications.

I had to make a few changes to R20 (changed to 22k) and R21 (changed to 33k) in order to generate the 0-500uA mentioned in the article, to drive the oscilator's pitch, but that all seems to be in order, with those changes.

I also changed the oscilator's integrator cap to a 3n3, as I didn't have any 4n7 on hand.

My question is with the output of the oscilator. Is it supposed to output a "true" triangle wave, with a linear rise and fall? I'm getting exponential/logarithmic (I can never remember which is which :/ ) rise and fall, and so, at high frequencies, it's quite triangle-like, but at lower frequencies, things round themselves out so much, it's almost square-wave like.

The amplitude also changes drastically with the pitch, from almost perfectly 10Vpp at the upper end, and at the extreme low end, is basically imperceptible.

Any help/info would be greatly appreaciated!
Thanks

Turned out, I had the 20k feedback resistor going between + and the _input_ of the buffer instead of the output. Pretty surprised it was working at all O_o
